Orders

Do you have a store?


Unfortunately we don't currently have a physical store but our online store is just as good! All orders have to currently be placed online.




Is it safe to order?


Yes. www.JSMore.co.uk is protected and cerified by our SSL Certificate. An SSL certificate is a type of digital certificate that provides authentication for a website and enables an encrypted connection. All our card payments are processed through trusted payment merchants, Square pay & Paypal. You can find more information at www.squareup.com andwww.paypal.com/uk/home




Can I cancel my order?


Yes. You will need to contact our sales team, please email sales@jsmore.co.uk or use our chat service providing your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel.




What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?


In the unlikely event you have received a wrong item or it is faulty, please do contact us. You can contact us via our chat, social media or email our customer service team on sales@jsmore.co.uk Wrong or faulty items may be returned and changed.




How can I pay for my order?


You can pay for your orders using the following methods: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Electron, American Express & PayPal.





Promo Codes/Discounts

How do I use a promo code?


To use our promo codes, you need to enter the code in the 'Enter Coupon Code' box on the checkout page. Once you have entered the coupon it will apply to your cart. Promo codes can only be redeemed once per transaction. We have the right to decline an order if a breach of promo codes has been committed.




How do I get a promo code?


Promo codes are some of the benefits enjoyed, when you subscribe to our online store for free with just your email address! Promotions will also have promo codes available, so make sure you follow our social media accounts to catch them




The promo code does not work..


(That's strange)...If there is any event where the promo code is not working correctly, please contact us on our chat and our customer service team will assist you.





Deliveries

Can I track my order/delivery?


If you have selected the 'Express Delivery' option, tracking is available. You will receive a dispatched email which will contain your tracking link. If you have chosen the 'Standard UK Delivery' tracking is currently unavailable.




Where do you deliver to?


We currently deliver to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. For international shipping and shipping to Channel Islands, IOM, IOW and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, please email sales@jsmore.co.uk




Where is my order?


Your order should be with you within the time frame of the requested delivery option you chose at checkout. As delays are possible with the courier service, please allow 1-2 days after the expected time frame of delivery. Please do contact our customer service team if you have not received your product within 7 days of placing your order. If you have ordered an item from the Culture Collections Dual Heritage range, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, from your order date. If you placed your order after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed the next working day.




When should I receive my order?


If you have selected the 'Express Delivery' option, you should receive your delivery in 2-3 business days. Orders must be placed by 3pm Monday-Friday to be able to meet the 2-3 business day turnaround. If you have selected 'Standard UK Delivery' you should expect your order to arrive within 3 - 5 business days. If you made your order on a bank holiday or the weekend your order will be processed the following business day. For example, if you order on a Sunday your order will be processed the next business day, Monday. If the Monday is a bank holiday, your order will be processed the next following day, Tuesday. If you have ordered an item from the Culture Collections Dual Heritage range, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, from your order date. If you placed your order after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be processed the next working day. If the maximum time has elapsed and you still have not received you order, please contact us via email or social media and our customer service team will help to get your order to you as soon a possible.





Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return an item?


If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund for most products that you buy from us online. If you would like to cancel an order because you have changed your mind, you must tell us no later than 14 days after the date you receive the last of your items and you must return your items to us within 14 days of notifying us that you would like to cancel your order. All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.




Can I exchange an item?


Yes. In the unlikely event there is an issue with your product, an exchange can be made.




How long does it take to process my return?


Your return will be processed between 3-5 days, from when we have received your returned item(s). Delivery times may be longer.

Do you stock other brands?


Yes. At JSMore.co.uk we are always looking for the new up and coming unique and distinct brands! Products/Stock

What if my product of interest is out of stock?


If a product is out of stock, you may be able pre-order to have your item shipped as soon as it is available. When your product has been shipped, you will be notified by email. Please remember to check spam/junk folder as emails can sometimes be directed to there.
